With this powerful application the user calculates in a simple and straightforward way:
- Early Discharge of Installments and Early Discharge of Financing; (Novelty!)
- Vehicle Financing, including IOF (Tax on Financial Transactions), CET (Total Effective Cost) and TAC (Registration Open Rate);
- Monthly installment of a loan, monthly and annual interest and total effective cost (with and without IOF);
- The provision of your REAL ESTATE FINANCING: In this module you simulate the monthly installments and the outstanding balance using the SAC, SACRE and PRICE tables;
- The CET (Total Effective Cost) of the financing;
- Effective monthly and annual interest rate;
- The Anticipation of the 13th Salary. Find out how much you really should pay when borrowing this type of loan.
The user chooses the Term for payment of the 1st installment: You determine the grace period of your financing.
You still have access to foreign currency quotes like Dollar and Euro!
Applications:
- No matter if you are a customer of Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Itaú, Caixa, Santander or any other bank or finance company, before closing a financing or loan agreement, simulate with 'Interest Easy' and compare with the rates offered;
- You can simulate bank loans and check if the rates offered are effective;
- Before closing the financing of your vehicle, access the module: Vehicle financing;
- In Real Estate Financing, with one click, you switch between SAC, SACRE and PRICE modes. This way you compare the best financing option;
- When in a store, before parceling the product, confirm that the rates described are real;
- 'Easy Interest' allows the simulation of a real estate financing, which may include the TR, presenting as a result the installments and the balance payable;
- From the monthly interest rate reported by your credit card company (Visa or Mastercard), you can easily calculate the corresponding annual rate.
- The app will provide parameters for a better rating when borrowing.
- When hiring payroll loans, simulate with Easy Interest and check the fees charged.
